4. Refund Process

  3. Ship the product using either a prepaid shipping label provided by us or a carrier of your choice. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is completely defective.

  4. Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

5. Partial Refunds

  • A partial refund may be issued for items returned damaged, altered, or missing components.

  • Refunds for shipping fees may not apply if the original shipping was paid by the customer.
